The Long-Range Planning Team of First Baptist Church exists to look to the future needs and possibilities of the church.  In 2023 & 2024 we conducted a strategic plan across; Finance, Stewardship, Outreach & Marketing, Long Range Planning and Property & Space.  Numerous initiatives were created across the various committees to move our church forward.  The various committees are currently implementing many of these opportunities for improvement.

Those desiring to be a part of this team need to have a desire and a vision to move the church forward.
